b. Please check with insurance company if you are covered, we make no effort to establish your eligibility prior to your visit. Alternatively, you pay at the Institute for services and we will provide you paperwork for reimbursements

c. We do accept Medicare, Medicaid and most of the Private insurances

d. Institute carry no responsibility for any denials etc. by your insurance company

e. For second opinion or other consults you may want to pay Fee for service  for a consultation for peace of mind.
