a. Elevated PSA : This package is ideal for elevated PSA as this includes initial visit, biopsy, discussion of results, planning for management and up to two follow up care visits.

This is ideally suited for patients with urinary leakage (men after surgery or w/o surgery) and women with stress or urinary leakage. This package is created with patients with barriers to care as we are aware that assessment and treatment of urinary leakage takes extensive input with multiple visits. You might need urodynamics/uroflow, cystoscopy etc. These are all included in the package. This package is ideal and it includes initial visit and up to four follow up visits and most necessary office based testing.

This package is ideal for tourists or visitors who do not have an established care pathway or insurance. Dr. Goel is aware of the problems tourists/visitors face if they need treatment in this country. It is known that getting an appointment for visitors is a nightmare and if testing is required it becomes a big issue. Anxiety associated and unknown costs can be devastating for them. This package is ideal and includes initial visit, all office based testing plus one follow up visit.

a. All packages provide you an exit route. In case it was determined after the first visit that no further care is necessary then you will be charged a standard clinic visit and you will receive a refund.

 

b. Any testing requiring anesthesia or testing done outside our office setting is normally not a part of this package.

 

c. Although packages include some testing but if there are tests which are not included then you will be told. A rule of thumb being any testing done outside the clinic and labs are not a part of the package.
